To ensure fair access and minimise disruption for all members, the following parking guidelines apply to all hangar-adjacent spaces:
Shared Use of Parking Areas
● Parking spaces located between hangars are considered shared areas for the adjacent hangars. No individual member or aircraft/hangar owner has exclusive rights to these spaces. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Parking (Order and Positioning)
● The first vehicle to arrive must park as far forward as practicable to maximise available space.
● A second vehicle may park behind the first, provided it does not obstruct safe access.
● Any vehicle parked behind another must be left unlocked, with the keys placed on the driver’s side floor, to allow repositioning if required.
● Members should ensure their vehicle can be safely moved by others if necessary.
Member Responsibility
● All members are expected to follow these guidelines in a cooperative and respectful manner to support smooth operations within the hangar area.
Non-Compliance
● Failure to adhere to this policy may result in review by the club committee and could lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of membership.
Dispute Resolution
● Any concerns or disputes relating to parking should be directed to the club committee for consideration and resolution.
